Kiara is a Test Development Professional and she holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She came to Alpine with three years of previous test development experience in which she conducted job analyses, developed test materials and conducted content validation. With her previous HR experience, she is also SHRM certified. Kiara resides in Houston, TX, where she likes to try different restaurants, go to concerts and do yoga in her spare time.
