Chad serves as the Manager, Program Management - CertMetrics for Alpine Testing Solutions. Chad has a Bachelors degree in Business Management and a minor in Finance. Prior to Alpine he developed his customer service skills over the span of 10 years in both the banking and insurance industries working in roles handling a wide range of services and clients. While in these roles he oversaw multiple projects directed towards process improvement and training on new software and applications. After serving as a Technical Program Manager and then Product Specialist here at Alpine, Chad is looking forward to managing this client team, their internal processes, and continuing to support Alpine's CertMetrics clients.
