With over a decade of experience at Alpine, Becky is a champion of Alpine’s vision, mission, and values. Through her work in Human Resources, she integrates those values into the culture of Alpine with enthusiasm and wit. She is passionate about fostering a work environment that encourages teamwork, open dialogue, and respect for one another. Her dream is that someday the world will be ready for a three-word employee handbook that just says, “Be an adult.”

Becky has over 30 years of experience in the professional workplace and brings that experience to Alpine to encourage a culture of diversity, thinking outside the box, and innovation.

She and her husband, Steve, are the parents of four beautiful children and three perfect grandchildren. They are her pride and joy.
