Test development is an ongoing process. Once a live exam is launched, the exam’s performance is monitored to ensure that it continues to meet the goals set forth by the Program and Test Design. This process includes ongoing statistical evaluations of response data, monitoring of candidate comments, and marketing research. In addition, security considerations and changes to the domain may drive regular content updates. Each of the test development steps should be revisited on a regular basis after launch to help ensure and maintain validity, reliability, and fairness.
