Russell is the Chief Innovation Officer and Senior Psychometrician at Alpine Testing Solutions. He is primarily responsible for conducting and overseeing innovation as well as research and development to bring new ideas to the industry. He has presented extensively before professional organizations and at national conferences and co-authored a book chapter in the Handbook of Test Development (2006). His current research interests include psychometric security analyses, automated test assembly algorithms, assessment using alternative data, and the responsible use of AI in test development.
