Brian has a history of assembling teams that consistently exceed client expectations in terms of knowledge, competence, and quality of work. He joined Alpine in 2005 and set about assembling a new team that has since reasserted the company’s leadership in the testing industry as a customer-service driven provider of psychometric, test development, and credential management solutions for credentialing and education programs. As a practitioner in testing, Brian has focused on program and test design, domain analysis, item development, and standard setting. His current interests include performance testing solutions, test security solutions, efficient test development processes, and finding the mythical meeting ground of business constraints and sound testing practices.
