In CertMetrics, Alpine’s Candidate and Credential management system, we will discuss a wholistic approach for test sponsors to maintain the pulse of their program through looking at program, security, and exam level reports on a regular basis. Leveraging advanced reporting capabilities through CertMetrics, these reports are intended for test sponsors to quickly and efficiently review program trends, identify potential risks, and monitor the impact of strategic decisions. Near the end of the webinar, we will present a tool that test sponsors can use to create and manage similar reports.
