Technology Operations Coordinator

  • Location: Virtual Office, U.S.

  • Reporting to: Manager, Technology Operations
  • Status: Full-time, Salary

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Technology Operations Manager with task management to ensure operational efficiency
  • Assist in the completion of Technology operational activities including client work requests, CertMetrics enhancement and maintenance requests, IT Help desk requests, and other technology requests as necessary
  • Observe, review, and analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made
  • Facilitate Technology process communication across the company and within the department
  • Assist in the administration of Technology project management tools
  • Assist with department initiatives to promote quality, productivity, and efficiency
  • Assist with team metric reporting
  • Provide input on the overarching schedule for large Technology projects organized by cross-department priority and resource availability
  • Assist in the creation of technical specifications and training documentation for technology tools and processes.
  • Provide security committee with requested audit information from technology tools

Competencies

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Excellent critical, strategic analytical thinking and problem resolution skills
  • Ability to adapt to and learn new technologies
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook)

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of experience in high-level administrative support, human resources, or operations
  • Up to 10% travel

Preferred

  • Experience in the testing industry
